ABOUT Tina‘s dolcerija

Tina is an architect turned pastry chef with a passion for creating delicious sweet treats.

Brought up understanding that the kitchen is one of the most important rooms of a home; an outlet for creativity, a space of sanctuary to escape from daily stress and a laboratory for experimentation and innovation.

This mindset is what sent Tina abroad to study patisserie and work as a trained pastry chef and in turn brought her back to Malta to start Tina’s Dolcerija.

Tina’s Dolcerija is a pastry studio specialising in handcrafted desserts with a focus on bold flavours and refined technique.
